What we are (and are not)
Test Roofing SIP is a lead-referral service. We are not a roofing contractor. We do not perform inspections, repairs, or installations. When you call (949) 346-8186 or submit our contact form, we connect you with an independent licensed roofing contractor in our partner network. The roofing services themselves are provided by that contractor, not by Test Roofing SIP.
No contractor relationship
Any agreement to perform roofing work is solely between you and the partner contractor you are matched with. Test Roofing SIP is not a party to that agreement and is not liable for the workmanship, warranty, pricing, scheduling, or conduct of any partner contractor.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false information, abuse the contact form or phone line, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may decline to route a request at our sole discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Test Roofing SIP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or from any roofing work performed by a partner contractor. Our total liability for any claim arising from this site is limited to $100.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
